Directions

In McMinnville:

We are located in the Yamhill Valley Wellness Plaza on the corner of NW 2nd Street and Hill Road in McMinnville.

From Sherwood, Newberg, Dundee, and Lafayette:

Follow 99W south into McMinnville. When the highway splits into two one-way streets, 99W will become Adams Street. Stay on Adams until you come to NW 2nd Street. (First Federal Savings and Loan is located on the left-hand corner.) Turn right and continue for one and a half miles until you see the Yamhill Valley Wellness Plaza on your right. Turn right into the parking lot.

From Grand Ronde, Willamina, and Sheridan:

Take 18 east until you get to McMinnville, where you will take 99W north. Follow 99W, which will split into two one-way streets. You will be on Baker. Stay on Baker until it intersects NW 2nd Street. (McMinnville Fire Department will be on your left.) Turn left and continue for one and a half miles until you see the Yamhill Valley Wellness Plaza on your right. Turn right into the parking lot.

From Amity, Rickreal, Perrydale, and Salem:

Follow 99W north into McMinnville, where 99W will split into two one-way streets. You will be on Baker. Stay on Baker until it intersects NW 2nd Street. (McMinnville Fire Department will be on your left.) Turn left and continue for one and a half miles until you see the Yamhill Valley Wellness Plaza on your right. Turn right into the parking lot.

From Yamhill and Carlton:

Take 47 to 99W and turn right toward McMinnville. Follow 99W, which will split into two one-way streets. 99W will become Adams Street. Stay on Adams until you come to NW 2nd Street. (First Federal Savings and Loan is located on the left-hand corner.) Turn right and continue for one and a half miles until you see the Yamhill Valley Wellness Plaza on your right. Turn right into the parking lot.
