Financial Policy For Our Patients

Our office wants all our patients to be able to comfortably afford dental care. We proudly offer the following financial policy so that our patients can have the opportunity to decide which payment best suits your needs:

INSURANCE: Our office will gladly work with you to help get the maximum benefit available to you. Most dental insurance plans do not cover 100% of your cost of treatment. Because of this, we will estimate as closely as possible your coverage, but we can make no guarantee of estimated coverage. You may pay this estimate at time of service or wait until all insurance has cleared.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

1. Cash or Check. We are happy to offer a 5% courtesy discount for all treatment paid for the same day of service.
2. Senior Citizen Discount. As a courtesy to anyone 60 years or older, we will gladly discount your fee by 10% if services are paid at the time of treatment.
3. Credit Card. Our office accepts VISA & Mastercard.
4. Direct Debit. Automatic withdrawal from you debit or credit card can be arranged with a minimum payment of $50 per month.
5. Payment Plans. If arrangements are made in advance we will offer a 3, 6, 9 or 12 month payment plan. If the 9 or 12 month plan is selected we must have a 25% down payment.
6. Interest Charges. If no arrangements are made or Payment Plan payments are past due, interest will begin to accrue after 90 days at 12% annually.
